    Orcas often shoot over lots of things. I think they tend to miss ground units with every other shot, even naval units can pose a problem for them sometimes. This is an issue in stable too.

    Aren't they supposed to be inaccurate though, like the Leviathan? I always thought it was on purpose.

    No its always bounded on the radius of the planet. The smaller the planet the more unreliable the orca's tend too shot.

    I'd recommend testing on a 400 radius naval planet. You'll get some really clear results then.

    @mkrater You may want to link to instructions on how to install the PTE at the top of every PTE forum post. I remember it being hard to figure out when I first tried to find it. It's especially confusing if you've only ever installed from Steam.

    That's true, to access PTE from Steam is more confusing than accessing PTE from the Launcher. Thanks for the suggestion!

    Quitch actually made the PA PTE Guide. It doesn't explain how to easily switch between PTE and regular with the Steam edition of the game, but it gets you going.

    Maybe have everyone at Uber put that in their signature as well.

    Has anything been done to fix the game breaking bug where planet CSG gets erased/doesn't save in the editor when you have multiple planets in the system?

    I don't think I'll return to the game before that happens. I have some extremely detailed and interesting systems I'm working on, but I can't make any progress on them because it doesn't get saved.

    I know this is a crazy idea but what if, there was a way to make the metal planet destroy itself. like, if you had to, you fire the beam into the planet, but instead of seeing the beam, you just see the planet glow and then blow up. It could be like a last resort type thing, if the enemy comm landed on it with powerful force.

    We still have some work to do in the System Designer.
    When you press the CSG button to begin placing items, do you press the CSG button again when you're done before saving the planet/system?

    If you leave the button on then the planetCSG array is erased from the .pas upon saving.

    And there's no warning before you leave that the button is still on.

    right, but there's something wrong with the underlying UI in the first place ;)
    There's something wrong with the system_editor.js/html and keeping the button enabled upon saving creates this issue.
