Thats like saying you use armor/speed/reload for rail gun kills..
doesn't work well either
Armor/Rate/Clip is the safe way but not as effective as the others toon and jay mentioned because most players avoid the small clip you have without juice
Also you can safely shoot from your own spawn and spam them in door ways for easy kills
Trying to get protags here and the best builds for them

I don't think it's like saying that at all, aside from the fact that hitting a rail shot versus a shuriken are entirely different. The armor build on assassin allows you to be more aggressive and get closer for more reliable shurikens as well as build juice easier and juice shuriken chain more effectively, which is by far the best way to accumulate shuriken tags. I've played with a ton of people and Shammas is easily one of the very few who get shuriken kills against any level of player

I was listing how I get star kills against bad people. But then I decided pro tags didn't matter and having more fun did.

No armor and crafty builds is definitely the way to go for fun

I actually used juice, armor, speed for my rail gun tags.
