next time theres a lobby and someone says "Who wants to be a captain?", speak the **** up and say something.

You know what happens? I say I'll man up and do it, then I spend 5 minutes asking and convincing people before wildman, the one who can't talk past a certain time is forced to be one.

it's a pet peeve of mine hearing people complain about something they can so easily fix.

I don't mind being a captain, it's just the fact that teams'll be imbalanced. I'll try to be a better captain then. Maybe look at how Jeff, teapot, and nova drafted I'm sure it'll help.

Edit: chron said the same thing about teams being imbalanced I'd the captains r on a different caliber.

How Starting a Private Match Works
step 1: have a community where everyone claims they want to do private matches, then attempt to get people to stop being queer and not pub, blitz, sit in dashboard parties, or a neverending supply of "invite me when you get more people" players
step 2: take 15 minutes to find the last 1-2 people, most likely because of step 1
step 3: have these said members all say "i dont mind being captain" then have nobody volunteer to be a captain. after many drawn out minutes, a top slayer and a main support/assassin emerge as the two captains
step 4: have people ragequit after 1 match
step 5: return to step 2

I enjoyed the empty spawn screen before it kicked me, most fun ever.

Tonight was an example of exactly how wrong privates could go. Lag, frame rate, constant juice chaining, and unbalanced teams, which even captains can't stop as it seems. I look forward to juice and bot machines hopefully getting disabled in future games.

Juice machines are going off next private I host because a number of people in the community are preventing privates from being competitively enjoyable because they live and die by the juice and it is preventing assaults and gunners from learning how to play mnc despite being jackbots and bit pushers just flat out suck and are too reliant on juice chainers to do everything for them. Assaults and gunners just sit back and back and not a single assault would survive in a full lobby of the best players because they simply play stupid and awful without juice. Too many juicers are a crutch to their team if they die early which is frustrating to teammates because the person might as well not be in the game. I believe juice should be in the game in real matches of team vs team such as h&s vs teapots team because anyone playing for juice will immediately lose the game for them. But for the sake of forcing players to stop sucking they are going off.

Chollos gunner worked well today with my assault he listens and pays attention to what I'm doing for him and is appropriately aggressive. If jack was not suiciding ten times to fix his lag that's an easy win since certain players were spending the first five mins of the match doing nothing because they didn't have juice.

I'm also going to just not bother hosting lobbies if people are going to cry about lag then change to a worse host then want mine back then people leave after every game. Il join but you guys can host your own lobbies from now on if everyone's going to be a pvssy about it and not have an alternative solution that actually works

:lol:i was using my blitz build one game and still won. i would also like to address your host problem. Sometimes your host is ok but today it was pretty bad because i was trying to pick up juice boxes and i could hear the sound of me picking them up like half a second later which is tolerable in pubs but not so much in PM's. MLG's host wasnt bad but honestly goldie has the second best host ( First being me )

I know people can get away with any build and revolve their game around a juice chain if the other team had weak links. In most if those games they were bot pushing problems. Dead pool and crimson vs murky and ominoussatoshi, wildman kept back tracking to kill bots, and the last game you and chaos were playing so passive that me and chollo pushed right in and had you guys on your heels but jacks assassin suicided like four or five times because he couldn't lunge or grapple. To put it simply, when there are no weak links (lazor when it was crimson and ominous vs gemecide and murky, more balanced) playing FOR a juice chain does not work

I can agree with having juice buying turned off in privates. As for the hosting issues, I can't think of anyone other than myself or Chron who has a fair host for everyone.

Shammas', Chron's, Teapot's and MLG's hosts are usually the best from what I hear / what I think.

And Goldielocks, if I can remember properly.

Yeah I didn't know if it was good for everyone, but it wasn't definately good for me.

i'd like to see a private match without juice machines

if you guys end up doing it someone should record and put it on youtube

IIRC, Gunked is the only one with a capture card that works ATM, and I doubt he'll be in a match with juice buying turned off.
