Private Match Feedback (Players, how was it, etc)

actually feedle showed me how to do it today and he said to do it in a Private so i tried it and it worked in the first try

Wildman you shouldn't focus on the sniper as heavily as you do. Everything about the assaults game is situational. Like the sniper should be your main focus, only if he's doing more damage to your gunner/tank than their gunner is. If the sniper isn't controlling your side of the map or your teammates from a far, then he's not your biggest threat at that point. My next focus is always the support/gunner duo. The bomb is your best friend, and it is great for separating the leash off the gunner. You're generally the best pro when it comes to support. I've always played less of a slaying role and more of a support role with the assault, especially if I have good teammates. You can deal great damage from behind the enemy or from the side. Biggest problem I see with assaults, is they will put bullets into people, but they let them regain their health. You gotta know how to be aggressive, but not over aggressive, as you shoot the enemy in constant motion. I rarely try to ever chase, unless it's a very low health pro.. instead I try to finish kills while I'm en route to another pro, a different lane/angle, the anni, etc

You may be focused on 1 person, but there are 5 other pro's wrecking your team that needs to be dealt with. Taking out the sniper helps big time, but if you can harass/negate the sniper and force the other pro's to focus on you as well, then you're doing your team more good than you can imagine.

If you read all that, then you understand why Chron and I practically never sit back as assaults in game.

Gunked was shooting juiced shuryukens or w/e into a match the other day. I think he's just trying to get every exploit he knows in once.

while i find these antics amusing and such, i really only appreciate them in the appropriate environments, which does not include good private games. when i heard invisible firebase i figured it was half into a wall and barely visible, only to know at the end of the game it was totally invisible and invincible in a very high traffic area which is very weak. also, ive been guilty of spawn striking in privates (i threw one at tom after a melee kill in a game that was seconds from ending) but one hit the enemy tank today at a pretty critical moment with bots walking into his base and had that not happened he could have fallen onto the bots with a death blossom or product grenade

we play our fair share of screw around privates when numbers run thin or while waiting for a person or two to get on where anything and everything is fair game so for the future, and this is coming from me (the rager, the reason ppl dont come back, the ego etc etc of whatever ive ever been called before) please do not do this in the inappropriate situations, because i get pissed when ppl (except the gunner) juice pros with the ball down, i can only imagine how pissed i would have been if this sh!t were happening to me

this usually just comes down to one captain picking terribly, or one captain being more skilled than the other(dadz box vs chron yesterday), creating an imbalance. nominate good ones!
