As far people feeling bad about what round they were picked, if you REALLY care you can fix that easily by simply not telling them. Just have both captains go into private chat and sort it out there, then send invites. No one will know if they were first or last.

I think chron gets what I'm trying to say, except he brings up a good point on balancing slayers and bot pushers. If there is a chance where 2 equally skilled captains are available to choose balanced teams, we can try to do it in a party chat, but we'll see if that messes us up on who has been picked already (doubt it)
