Can't they all? I do remember someone posting the amount of railgun hits it takes to kill all of the classes with different armor settings.

    Those kind of numbers, yes.
You can detect that it takes X shots to kill Y.
But you don't know how much damage X does or how many hit points Y has.

Ok, true, I meant any bot that jumps on the Moneyball. The Jackbot attacks it with it's weapon, so it's a special case.

The Jackbot XL uses both hands. Or arms, he doesn't really have hands.

It is the JackBOT XL Bot... so there are two "bots" in it. :p

Does the period of time between the two bots hitting the shield make a difference? I'm fairly certain I've seen the ball go down with one bot hitting it quite a long time after the last one. It's seems like it would make sense for the shield to recharge if a second bot doesn't hit for some time, but I do not think that is the case.

You can see the shield status if you look at the ball. You will notice that after one bot hit, the upper half of the ball will "open up". A second bot will drop it, but you already knew that.

Two Slimbots equal one BlackJack when jumping on the ball. So if two slimbots and one blackjack (initial bot wave type) jump on the ball it will go down. Therefore it will take 4 slimbots to take down the ball without a blackjack around.

You are right, though. I doubt that has ever happened.

    Welp. I was epically wrong.

But glad that I know how it really works now. :)

I'm 99% sure that the shield recharges if only one bot hits it in the same amount of time that it recharges when it's down.

Since I posted this quiz, I've been trying to set up the scenario as many times as I could.

So far, 100% of the time I've been able to set up the scenario to my satisfaction (4 or 5), the pros have always gone for me, and let the bots walk by to take down the MB.

Long story short: If you want to get your bots to the moneyball, just run up to the enemy base with them and be a distraction -- stand a bit away from them, but "look" like you're a threat to the base - whoever is there is almost guaranteed to worry about you and not the bots.
