    I've spent some more time with the game since the update. While I still frankly find the "you've never played with anyone good" brushoff to be a bit crass, this is me taking back some of what I said.

    I tried to be optimistic. But, assassins are too weak, indeed.

    It wouldn't be so bad or noticeable if the rest of the game had stayed the same. But factor in the buffs to support and tank along with the "improved" hit detection, and there is little to recommend the assassin.

    I find it funny - in that way which is not actually humorous - that Support is fantastic at pushing the front line with just a tiny amount of effort, while the Assassin has to be smarter, quicker, and just plain better to simply hold on to relevance in a supportive role.

    I did not mean for it to come off that way.
    I'm just saying that I tend to play with a FULL 6 party of (in my opinion) the best the mnc community has to offer.
    Playing with guys like hudson wepon or zander is like day and night compared to most pub games
    (getting a backstab on hudsons tank or weapons sniper is almost a lesson in futility.)
    I'm more gloating about how good they are, not myself.

    I'm glad to hear that you have noticed exactly what I'm saying now in regards to the assassin after the patch though.
