    Warm/Hot water as well.

    But yeah, that will work.

    The only thing that a shot/shots will do is possibly give you the disease it protects from instead. Especially with a low immune system or too many shots. 4 seems ok. Plus, that will cause other problems.

    I'm a mom so I know how to treat shots because of my little guy :) A warm towel or something like this will help, after the towel has been on for a little while, GENTLY rub the area on your arm. I wouldn't take medicine for it because they can affect the shots depending on what you take or can mask some of the side effects you may need to look out for. Also, depending on what shots you received depends on how long it will hurt. Do you mind telling me what you got? Some shots go away after a couple days but for some, it can last a week or more. Also, some shots can cause some bad knotting in the muscle so rubbing can be very important in helping it get better and keeping this from happening.
