    The kid is a sociopath. Easily certifiable - particularly since he is Canadian and therefore needs a lower entry point according to the PCL-R to be a full blown psychopath. Although it is a less accurate test when used on juveniles, and returns a lot of false negatives since so many factors only come into play with age he probably qualifies for ASPD even today.

    He's canadian but i also think hes got an attention disorder. Meaning he will do anything to get a giggle out of someone. I know those kinds of people... my son is one of them.
    But none the less he can be put in time out and sit in the corner to think about what he did.

    As for dealing with him the answer is simple..
