Thanks for taking the time to reply. I think I will probably splash out on the keyboard at some point but will have to see about the monitor. Bigger monitors also need faster GPU's so will have to see what my budget is when the time comes. Cheers.
I've owned my Zowie FK for 4 months now, and no issues whatsoever. I just looked at the lens now, and it doesn't have any dust on it. Maybe it's an issue for those that have a dustier workspace . . .
Higher resolution needs better GPU/CPU. Bigger monitor isn't really relevant. You can get a 60" 1080P TV for your monitor and it will take a lot less horsepower to run than a 4k 30" monitor.
I really like the modesty and humbleness of this thread. Not what I was expecting at all when I seen the title.

lol @LennardF1989 I used to have the exact same speakers as you have next to your monitors. But the power adapter broke a year ago. You call that friggen mess? You have idea what a friggn mess it.
Ye it's really easy to fix, just keep your mousepad clean and maybe occasionally use a cue tip to clean the lens. But I just bought a different mouse instead.
Okay. I cleaned up a bit. The lame part is all the other stuff is my brother's setup behind me. I have more of a modest setup. Also my PC isn't used as the main Media/Broadcasting hub. This PC is old: It's a modded/upgraded Dell Dimension 9200 built by HostileParadox Intel Core 2 Extreme X6800 Dell Mobo with 6gb DDR2 of Ram XFX Radeon HD 4850 (Currently playing TESO at medium settings) Sidewinder Keyboard Razer Death Adder 3.5
Generally PC gamers are pretty passionate, and interested, in what others are doing with their rigs. Never quite understood the "zomg my rig rules, yours sux" in threads like this. I just like to see how other people setup their gaming stations.
The only camera I own is part of my low end smartphone and the real mess is actually pretty hidden behind the table in a dark corner. I am pretty sure somebody could post a worse mess though, I've seen far worse things at my work. Tried to capture it, but it's pretty low quality. Main-desk, the mess is behind it. It's 4 multiple socket outlets and the cables to connect 4 screens, 1 printer and 2 pairs of mouse/keyboard and 2 pairs of speakers. The keyboard is a steelseries 6gv2, the mouse a logitech g5, if you wonder what that black stuff is To the left a part of my anime dvd collection is visible, as well as the few books I own. If you can make out some titles based on that image quality you get a virtual cookie The 4th display is 2 meters behind the position I stood in in the first image and acts as my "TV": It's connected via a combination of a 1m dvi to hdmi cable and a 3m dvi cable. And the best shot of the mess I could manage, doesn't show the whole extend though: It's actually not that bad when I look at it. Only feels bad when I try to get out one specific cable xD
I have dust allergies. My area is never dusty. Now empty beer cans and Whiskey pints on the other hand...
