No content is not only not free, it's rather expensive. When you take into account the time, manpower, testing and other resources to build a single map, you'd be shocked at just how much it costs to produce a single DLC pack. Especially for a small indie dev like ourselves.

    Thanks Scathis.

We appreciate your effort to give us a free update. I'm trying to get people to understand it DOES cost you guys money.

We'd be glad to pay for good content from your guys though =D

I know this has nothing to do with MNC, but it's also my main hang-up with your arguments to begin with. It was always in the plans to have the game come to an actual final conclusion. The only reason they changed it with the third DLC to allow people to play past it was the backlash from the community that they dared to put an actual ending to an open-world game. From the beginning, playing past that was never supposed to belong in the original game, and therefore makes this point moot. For myself, I was actually joyful in knowing that a "sandbox" game would have an ending, for once. Even if it was lacking in it's execution, in my opinion. Could it have been handled better, yes, but the DLC in question here actually changed the entire feel of the game to me, in the fact that what was supposed to be the end, wasn't. It ruined it in a way in that the final choice, no longer mattered in the long run.

Not to mention that it also increased the level cap, a new storyline for the Enclave and Lyon's Pride, and 14 new perks to go along with it. It may be weird for me to say I don't always like actually seeing the fruits of my labors first hand when it comes to games, but sometimes I'd rather see it summed up in an ending than having to travel all over the world again to see the after-effects.

Anyway, yes, I'm a console gamer first and foremost. Yes, the DLC packages we get sometimes screw the pooch. Yes, I deal with it in the best way I can, with my wallet.

Also: Thank you UBER for a great game in MNC, and I'll support it the best way I can, as well.

I PC-gamed for 8years and 2years ago got my first xbox. I hate DLC, especially when its announced at game release or a few weeks after. To me they leave fragments out of the game and dont work as hard so they can release these packs to make so much money. By the end of it all your paying over $100+ for the full game.

    Consoles are inferior to PC
More money, games, and features are put into consoles.
