Hi, It'd be great if ctrl-shift-click added 100 units to the queue. Much of my late game time (if I want to switch what's being made in a factory) involves furiously going shift-right click 10 times and then shift-left click 10 times. Or, the 'loop/repeat' feature that's been discussed would address it too. This is probably in the queue (ho ho) but for the sake of avoiding RSI, if we could have this common feature implemented soon it’d be excellent. Thx PS. I see ctrl is already used in build ordering, so perhaps we'd need to use alt or something.
there isn't a keybind for the stop command (except by mod, look in the mod forum for it), but clicking a factory, then clicking stop removes everything from its build queue. That should save you about 9 clicks..........
The uber gun has a range that is half of the range that is display for the commander. Or maybe even a bit less. So are you really in range?
Can we get a shortcut like ctrl z that selects all the units you control of the type you have selected. So if I wanted all my ants on a planet to be selected in a matter of seconds I hit ctrl z and click move instead of having to waste time making sure you double clicked properly
now "P" key and some other keys don't work with update, you need the demo recorder patch to fix all the keys, lol
bump for justice. Ctrl + shift + click adds 100 in current version of total annihilation so would make a lot of sense here ctrl + z is #1 hotkey
did the console hotkey change? ~ was waaaay better than `, as ` behaves pretty stupid on german keyboard. It's pretty hard to open the console like this.
Hasn't changed for me. You need to launch PA.exe with --forwardlogs to see the normal debug info in the console though, that was changed. Additional keyboard shortcut: G - toggles stellar grid in Planet Editor.
What is the key/key combo for the Roam, also is there a way to rebind the arrow keys to WASD, play on a laptop, using the arrow keys can get pretty awkward.
While this is reasonable, I think we can also expect build queue looping eventually which in my mind is much more essential than adding 100 units at once.
Yeah continuous build will be very useful. Queue of 5 ants and a spinner and just let it build that ratio of units... forever xD Refer to Earth 2150 for this functionality. It works great IMO.
C - center view on Commander <<< this has been changed C - select Commander CC- select Commander and center view on Commander Hitting C once only selects the Commander but does not change the view. You have to hit C twice for it to select and center view on Commander.
Yep. The documentation in the first post of this thread is very stale, and becoming less edible by the patch. See FS#1808. Even the changes I list there are far outdated.

I agree. I consider that the game cannot be really playable without infinite loop on factory and also the capability for a factory to "assist" another one (it will build the same loop of units.
Is there no key to toggle power state? With the klunkyness of the UI it would be great to have a single key able to turn a unit's power consumption on or off.
My most missed shortcut from TA / SupCom is Ctrl+Z to select all of selected unit type. Sure you can double click to select all of a type on screen but if you are trying to select all of 2 more more unit types this is much more cumbersome, especially if some are on the other side of the planet / moon.
