if you backed During the Kickstarter they were submitted as part of the Survey(if you were at the right pledge level) and for Cosmic Edition Pre-Orders I don't think they've collected them yet.

Yes you can assist both nuke and anti-nuke factory. Move your fabs near it and then tell them to assist. I find if you completely surrond them with fab bots it speeds it up greatly.

Also I think the nukes are tons of fun, but a lot of people don't seem to grasp the concept of actually building the nuke missile and anti-nuke missiles. They seem to think just building the structure should do the trick. These are factories, not defense / offense weapons.

I have tried to assist nukes a few times and it never worked.

The game is flowing a bit better but is still hugely choppy for me especially with planets above size 2.

I think it may be a combination of only having a 1Gb HD5870 card and an X38 Core2Quad mobo as they have restricted memory bandwidth compared to sandy bridge and later. So even with 8 Gb it stutters pretty badly when zooming, ie loading textures.

I will be fixing a new rig eventually but I guess that is alpha.

So the list of random planet names doesn't include the Kickstarter backers *yet*. The current list of names comes from the cosmic pre-orders. The build went out before I had added all the names, and the other names will be added in shortly.

Am I the only one that thinks some of the names are a bit... out of place?

I expect a lot of the names will seem a bit "out of place". This was bound to happen though. Having said that, when I supplied my two choices, I was really only expecting the first to be used. uber then intimated that (if acceptable) both names would be used. Unfortunately, I don't even remember what my second choice was...

Few weeks ago ubermaugustine answered me that Uber let you "finalize" your names choice before release.

Cheers for that. Maybe some (me included) may tweak their choices a little.

I can't actually remember what names I put down - is there any way to check?

    Hey all,

I am hoping Uber or anyone else can answer the following question. I am wondering what the status is of making the game "Multi-Windowed", I feel the more we will be playing on bigger planets (and soon solar systems) having access to a second or third window to play in is essential.

    Best Regards,

    Jip

I thought I was responsible for Plop until I read that it was just the cosmic preorder names that were in the list, but I honestly don't remember any of my choices right now.

I hope we get a button to cycle through the available names.

    Why would you?

The planets are procedurally generated, the whole point is that you do not have anything to say on what you get. If you feel like there is a name too ridiculous for your robot destroying planet simulator I am sure that you can mod it out without much hassle. :)
