btw, sorry for the off-topicness, OP. I've never played Alice. Though I'm not typically one to pledge for KS games. I feel I'll lose interest by the time a game is released.

Yeah, he's referring to the influx of people just joining for the alpha. A large portion have been those complaining about the pricing for the alpha on Steam, and the remainder seem to forget that this is an Alpha, in which crashes/imbalance/performance issues are expected.

I myself used to read every single post in every single topic before the alpha started. Since then, much of it isn't really worth reading.

But going back to the topic, the original Alice was one of my favorite games, and although I never played The Madness Returns, it did look fun. I already have far too many upcoming games that will be on my plate, otherwise I'd support OZ as well.

Even games I plan on playing I still haven't given money to. Take GODUS for instance.

I don't even know why people trust Molyneux to make a good game anymore.

I think it's safe to say that at this point it isn't happening unless they pour their own money into it(which might be possible depending on their current financial situation).

I think they're also trying to get the film rights for Alice in Wonderland, so I don't think they have that much of their own funds to sink xd
