I do kind of agree that posts in the forum are under rules in the main forum rules to "contain content", and that these are part of the forums.

Off topic means the content can be about off-topic material. However, it is pretty easy to tell post-counting, trolling, and just trying to taunt moderators, from posts with content about something off-topic. For those of you who are not year-old forum members, they have had this issue in the past, and banning does occur even if you think you are being creative with your post-padding or taunting the moderators or flame-baiting.
