    Well it was supposed to be an additional niche to the Guardian, with the main ability being the repair.

    Perhaps you could replace the repair tool with a repairing aura if that isn't impossible as well.

    Announcement of the Day!

    I am proud to announce that Galactic Annihilation now has fully functional, non-crashy GALACTIC WAR SUPPORT.

    This means that we will be the very first major gameplay mod to have galactic war support!

    This is a really exciting development and should have a tremendous impact on player interest.

    Let's get that hype train rolling!

    EDIT: Maybe not? What I thought was a determining test wasn't actually determining?

    Galactic Annihilation will be released on August 1st!

    We'll be releasing more media leading up to this and will have more to announce soon. :)

    I'm reading your unit guide and I really like what I see, especially the removing of orbital combat entirely.

    You may want to add a link to it in the OP, though.

    Also, you spelled Poseidon wrong in the unit guide; I hope it's not that way in the game.

    If orbital combat is removed, how do you move between planets? Are Gas Giants purely decorative? Or did you simply remove Avengers Anchors and SXXes?

    I think orbital transport is still in, just no orbital weapons. Maybe no gas giant stuff but not sure on that.

    Edit: had a look through the design doc posted in the op... So orbital is transport and Intel only. No mention of gas giants so likely also not included. To be honest I don't view that as an issue, most maps don't feature them and I'd rather have a stronger base game.

    An Eviscerator Mobile Turret. This heavy bot is equipped with a terrifying array of four heavy lasers, giving it extremely heavy damage and decent range while its heavy armor allows it to tank hits. It is however slow, expensive, and has less range than the cheaper Heavy Laser Tower.

    Ignore the walls without FX BTW, that's the computer I took that screen in being too derp to render all of the FX because my half decent computer is still 127.3% borked.

    Maybe. It'll be released when I've got it using vanilla personalities (Appropriately renamed to appropriately reflect their difficulty) since I don't really see anything else getting done before it.
