New ping display is all lies

    It still won't achieve a thing when they fix that glitch, just you wait.

    It will. It will show people if they are lagging, without having to type things in console.

    A high ping does not constitute lagging, especially not in this engine which is working in a way that ideally allows a good experience up to 350ms (during Beta I regularly played on american servers and oh my it worked derp).

    Even if you get your display right it won't tell you much about what causes it or if there is "lag" to be had.

    stats net downright beats it but aside from that: the game operates on a tickrate of 30 without any interpolation and no matter your ping display it won't change that fact.

    Ping display doesn't solve anything but only provides another source of drama "look that guy had 20ms more than me in a sniping 1v1 no way I had a chance" (seen **** like that happen)

    YOU might not sense the lag, but I'm pretty sure other people are having trouble with you stuttering around.

    Assassin really needs a reasonable ping or all bets are off. Anything can happen with ping >150ms... :D

    It's okay if you can play your gun classes with a 300ms ping, but with a melee char you just get laid everytime you attack.
    Ping over ~80 gives you a huge disadvantage. I don't want to remember how often I died because of lag...

    Very much agree with this. There's not much to be done game-wise, though, save in the case of grapples, which are our main pro-killing tool.
