Damn that looks pretty awesome! Very nice work.
Although I like it the way it is.

I like it a lot, would really enhance the game.

all though I don't think the game should have a radar, but it looks very good.

And the chat box looks like it's gonna be in the way.

The chat box and kill feed especially are amazing.

I love the little sirens above the Moneyball health, the round time and the radial menu. I'm not a fan of the mini-map, the new Juice and Skill bars and the new character portrait. Less is more when it comes to HUDS, in my opinion, and they're a little too big and showy for me.

@OP: Very crisp design, clearly spent a lot of time on it. Obviously a lot of these elements are very cool to have but as people have pointed out it's very easy to over-clutter a HUD.

One thing that could use some work in the current UI (visually speaking) is the skills. The cooldowns are sometimes awkward to read depending on the specific skill.

It's also pretty clear the layout was designed for an xbox pad, which most PC players (I assume) don't have. Later down the road once the UI editor is more convenient it would be nice to see adaptable key input icons ([Shift], [Q], [E]) for the skills integrated somehow.

Edit: Also the typing thing could still use some work. UNTIL THEN you can open the console to show chat logs that go back since you launched the game. You can also type while you're dead by inputting "say Text text text."
