He's mentioned this very statement numerous times across the forum.

My team would of course be interested in playing in this tournament, regardless of the rules, but until it becomes more than a forum post there's not a whole lot to do other than argue (hint hint OP get a steam group, some admins, and an UberEnt staff member to help you out)

Yeah my team would be willing to play but the same as fox, more organization please. Maybe get an IRC channel so that everyone can sort out whose playing who and what not.
