Vital organs huh? ......... so not just headshots eh? ......... has MNC secured the Crotchgard sponsorship yet? Cuz I imagine, once word gets out, all of the non-Assassins will want the level 3 Crotchgard endorsement

Critical Shot endorsements: Do they improve the chance of getting a crit? Or increase the damage done when you do get one?

Juice endorsements: Do they make you gain juice faster? Use it up slower? Further improve your stats while juicing?

Also, BionoGrip is listed as "Reload Speed x3" in the sponsors section of the main page.

Both, you have a higher chance and do more damage.
Critical Shots are just a chance that a shot will do more damage, it is not dependent on hitting a critical area of your target.
That's what headshots are for.
