MNC: Draft Edition

As it stands now, there are 57 people. We should have 9 teams of 6, or try to get 3 more people and do 10 teams. For captains, I'd pick 2 top players from each "group" and separate them to create the most fair teams:

Choose 2 or 3 more. I know Miracle and Sigmar are too high all the time and immature (respectively) to lead a team.
Ideally, we would have 10 or 12 teams, and I know there are lots of people who don't post here willing to sign up and fill out those last spots.
Depends on how long you're all interested in playing, but we could do best of 3 or 5. If there were 12 teams, it would go 12:6:3:2, and 1 would have to get a bye into the final match. We could decide who it is based on who performs best, or just who's willing to play their way in. This is pretty sick, and I'm getting pumped up thinking about it. I'm going to try for 12 teams. If anybody knows players who may be interested, try to get them to sign up. I've been trying to get Officer Willy. Someone tell him he has to play. I'll also try to get Peachy. He owes me big time. I'm not sure what for, but it doesn't matter.

I'd rather not be a captain. I'm more of a follower than a leader.

I think you will need a separate thread for nominations once the player base is finalized.

Are we doing lottery draft or the captains draft 1 person in order?

Remember too captains just because a player is good doesn't mean they are a good team player.

Some players (I'm not pointing any fingers) don't have a mic, so no you don't need a mic to play. At the risk of embarassing myself in front of my lovely girlfriend (who already likes to make fun of me for playing video games), I will be buying a mic for the tournament where I will debut my Barry White like voice on XBL. If that isn't worth the price of admission, I don't know what is.

as i skim through the list, all of those people have been playing a long time and know what they are doing.

If anyone wants a good assault, pick me I want to get into private matches so I guess this is a good start

It seems I'm in. I'd love to be a captain, but I'm afraid I don't remember many specific names much. This is why I had my Dis Order members send me bios, not that we've managed to actually get private games going among us. I hope I'll successfully be able to act as a symbol of fear, just like I've always wanted.
