    This would go against the draft because of how people draft other by who they need in comparable to the other teams. So you may not want the exact person you should have taken higher you know. And nobody will know there late rounds picks

    Yeah, methinks we need to meet up on Skype or XBL Party. This'll take forever otherwise. Just set a time and a date, and if people miss it they get to pick from whoever is left over.

    I'm going to give this a chance to work. I think it will pick up now that I've sent a private message to all of the captains. If it doesn't pick up soon, I'll arrange something over skype or xbox live.

    Do what that other poster said, try to pick an assigned date/time that everyone agrees to get on XBL and do the draft picks. If you miss the date, you get the leftovers sorry :/

    Since the draft pick orders are in the same position(just reversing) make 2 XBL parties with the first 8 and the other with the following 8. I am pretty sure at least 2 people won't show up so you can go from party to party asking. It will take a few hours but it will MOST CERTAINTLY be faster than this.

    You should have 24 hours before you pick is skipped, if you do get skipped, you have to wait till the very end to pick.
