Make Rail Gun Head Shot Capable

    as true as that is, if people think the tank needs a buff, I think this is the only REASONABLE thing to do. outside of possibly more product grenade damage, but I really think thats fine as is, much like my opinion on the railgun. they both are solid tools.

    I just feel like I'd rather have control over what happens during the game. Being able to get headshots is a skill and is rewarded with quicker kills. More burn damage is alright I guess, but I think it would just end up pissing people off in the end. You can complain about a mechanic such as burning for too long, but can you really complain about being shot in the face consistently? The tank would still have the same counters, and now tank vs tank fights would be more skill based and not who can charge, shoot, or nade first.

    Tank doesn't need to be changed because people think he's underpowered. He's not. If anyone is it's Assassin.

    Also, Shammas, headshots wouldn't change Tank vs Tank battles. At long-range it'll still be whoever can hit accurately with the railgun, and at close-range it'll still be jet guns, charging and product grenades. The problem with your idea is that headshots are overpowered if you don't need to go into aim to be able to get it, and then you'd have to change the reticule of railgun and take away Tank's grapple. It would basically turn him into a slow Sniper, and no one needs that.

    Its half who fires first, who can keep aim on the target, what upgrades do they have, and what endorsements they have. Theres multiple things at play here, and as much as we can agree on a "solid" endorsement setup for all of our classes, you can still choose something else to make you viable at whatever tactics you use. Its half how you use it and half what your using. Also imo knowing when to run away and regenerate is half of being good in games such as this.

    In good tank vs tank fights, neither one is going to miss and they'll both have gold RoF. I often see these ending in stalemates. Anyway, being able to do a little extra damage with a headshot wouldn't make the class OP. It isn't that easy to hit them in the head and it would only be a small damage boost. It wouldn't be OP, it's in almost every competitive shooter.

    I think that the auto-aim would have anyone missing almost all of the headshots anyway. This game's auto-aim is too strong to effectively target anything other than the center of mass. And headshots are possible for the sniper in this game because when you are scoped there is no auto-aim. I say leave those "skilled" headshots in Halo, where the auto-aim locks on to the bad guys head for you.

    Also, I win 90% of my Tank vs. Tank battles with Charge/Product Grenade/Jet Gun anyway. Gold Armor and Silver Speed ftw.

    Thats the main part that makes this overpowered, not everyone is a tank, therefore against other classes this would do WAY too much damage.
