Make CFs only fabbers that can build any defenses

    I'm not sure I agree entirely. On many custom maps with dense choke points, infernos are an vital part of breaking through enemy fortifications. Having combat fabbers with them greatly increases their longevity and ability to do this. I agree that combat fabbers will have much more of a role with a universal HP buff, but it isn't entirely true that repairing is useless as it is now. A single combat fabber +7-10 infernos at the front of your blob can be a very dynamic, deadly combination if used properly. This is a bit limited however by the short range of the CF (makes them super easy to pick off) and the added energy draw (makes repairing even less worth it).

    i disagree with increasing HP of everything .. increase HP on units only that are meant to absorb damage
