Hey there ! When I launch the game, the title screen appeared, and the connection to Playfab start. However it always stopped and said : Unable to Sign In. There is a problem with Steam. Please restart steam and try again or send a email to the support. I don't know what to do ! Thanks for help ! PS : There are some screenshots of the error just behind this post !
Have you ever been able to sign in or is this the first time? I take it restarting Steam didn't help?
Yeah I have been able to sign in before, but I stopped playing during 4 months and 2 days ago, when I would try to play, the game didn't want to run ! I've already tried to restart Steam, my Mac and the game x) Thanks for helping
Well, the only other thing I can think of is a firewall blocking PA. It should show in the logs though. You'll find those in "~/Library/Application Support/Uber Entertainment/Planetary Annihilation/log". You'll have to copy-paste that in the "Go to folder" menu option in Finder as it is hidden be default, I think. Or something is just wrong with your account data and for that you'll need to contact support@uberent.com

did you use mods before? Maybe try remove or update them or use -nomods in the stream launch options.
It's "--nomods" (double hyphen). Also the logs show no mods are found, so that's fine. The logs also don't show any errors related to networking, so there probably just is something amiss with the account, which Uber should be able to fix on their end. Not sure what could have happened though.
In the time zone they are in, they just got back to work 1-2 hours ago after the weekend. It probably won't be too long (depending on how much e-mail they receive over the weekend of course).
