I'd be fine if it was just a different colour than the bars on other players.

I wasn't suggesting that the Devs completely change the already designed, UI tested HUD. I was merely voicing a concern, that frankly is almost a split amongst the community. If anything, the solution would be an "option" in the settings menu.

It only gets in the way at certain angles and ranges. I'm not sure that means it should be changed completely. It's a situational problem, at the most.

Downloaded the demo last night, buying the game tonight. The health bar placement did stand out as a bit odd to me. Seemed a lil distracting. I wouldn't mind seeing it moved lower, or at least an option to turn it off. If not, I'm sure I can deal with it.

Haven't played the game yet but I strangely agree.

If you've ever played a few shooters you might find the placement a lil odd. That is of course, you actually have played shooters before.

Believe it or not - this will be the first shooter type game I've played before. I'm sure it will take me some time to get used to everything but I'm anxious to learn.

Hmm seems a lil hostile, you do realize that the main idea of forums is for people to discuss things of this nature right? You like it where it is, others would like it somewhere else. Ultimately it's the devs choice, not forum rats like you and I. :roll:

:lol: it's all good...didn't really expect this thread to cause some flames. You said it best, this is a forum, people are not going to agree with some of the things in the game. We have a right to discuss them and voice our opinions.

I'm a little OVERhostile. If it clears things up: I'm on the forums at work, and only because I can't be playing MNC. It's bound to make me sound a little... angry. I'll try to tone it down.

I feel ya...being at work does interfere with MNC, unless you work for Uber Entertainment

At work also, and can't wait to get home. I'm sure even if they leave it as is, most of us will get used to it. You know how people (like me ) get when something is different from the norm. We always want what we consider the "standard".
