If the spawning planet collides with a gas giant (or maybe with all planets as well) during the 2 minute selection countdown, it gets stuck halfway through. Then when you select to spawn on halfway stuck planet, it'll get stuck on the countdown timer.
The way we store keybindings has now changed... they are now stored on PlayFab (and backed up locally for offline play). I didn't have time to write a migration logic... but I don't expect the keybindings to get lost again. So this is expected behavior... and should only happen once.
I don't get the ping option in the sidebar unless a unit is selected. Some metal planet brushes will spawn over trenches where they shouldn't. If you build an orbital factory on a gas giant, you will not be able to give the factory move orders or patrol orders.
Are you sure there is ping option in sidebar at all? I see it in bottom bar and now it's always visible.
When trying to build catalyst, units will not automatically reclaim destroyed structures in the way. you have to manually reclaim them if they are in the way and then build it.
At the first connect to the game, you have your display name. After you finished a game or go back to main menu your username appears, and in the next game it will be also there instead of your display name. Only a restart fix it, but that issue comes every time back.
It's a very old bug but it still here : international keyboards are not correctly supported In my case, I have an AZERTY keyboard and some special caracters are not supported. Some working caracters : é"'-è_çà)=*ù^|[]€ Some not working caracters : &($ I'm on Linux (which is still suffering of the coherent UI bug) but last time I've checked I had exactly the same behaviour on windows (last checked on windows with current "stable" version) (A simple way to test it: start the game without the launcher and enter these caracters in the login field)
We just got fix for AZERTY support (alt-gr). I don't know if it was integrated yet. This is a long standing bug... but I believe it will actually be fixed soon.
Just happened to me for the first time (second game) It also only happened after I opened chrono-cam.
I am unable to reproduce the bug on the steam pte. Please ensure that you don't have any mods installed. If someone has a way to consistently repro the bug, please let me know.
While playing shared armies, and after one commander died, it kept repeating commander critical health announcements
Linux (ubuntu 14.04, nvidia proprietary): "coherent ui host" recieved an X window Sytem error. "BadAccess" serial 1567114 error_code 10 request_code 130 minor_code 1 Basically the old one where you can't interact with the game anymore. My mouse displayed the click-n-drag box but i couldn't select anything. Happened pretty late in my second game so far, first one ran smooth.
- When you fire two death lasers at one planet, the first will hit. The second "death star" will charge forever and can't be cancelled, so it can't be used anymore.
Tried to order fabbers to build the catalysts from the opposite pole of the planet. They didn't move, so I ordered them really close to the control spots and then they could build normally. In addition, 1-3 fabbers got stuck in the model of the catalyst after construction (I used about 8 to construct them). Only way I could get them out was with an air transport.
