I like team color comm explosions and landing explosions but not projectiles.

That's a good thing, right?

As long as we don't get team colored rocket and artillery trails... (those are really awful)

I still vote for green nanolathe for everyone, for nostalgy reasons and the fact that the nanolathe is barely visible when it is team colored in very many situations.
I don't like team colored lasers either - I think we should rather have more diversity in laser colors and differentiate existing laser weaponry by sound so they can be more easily identified and are more "stylish".

I'd say no, but I'd also love for Uber to make effects and FXs in general more interesting and varied. They all look really similar to me in their current form.

They're slowly getting improved. At this point, I think they should do an FX pass to update all the FXs to the same standard.

I could be wrong, but PA has a lot of standard orange explosions and particle effects right? Where TA had purple, green, and red lasers and different sized explosions right? I guess I'd like to see more color in projectiles and beams and more interesting smoke trails on missiles.

Though you must admit it is pretty cool that PA has 3D explosion effects, something very very few games have.

Theres a mod that makes the effects quite a bit more interesting I'm the game, but I'm sorry to say I just cant remember the name. ^^;

And ARM is supposed to be blue and CORE is supposed to be red.
And GDI is supposed to be... uh... butter yellow? And NOD is... white? Light grey? Mousse? Damnit C&C, wtf are you doing!?

There'd probably be less 'need' for team-colored explosions if team-colored pieces flew everywhere when units are destroyed. TA really didn't hold back in that regard, and I've seen it in no game since.
