Juice gives you 1000 health, that's the healing. Don't confuse it with getting 1000 max health. Juice doesn't raise your max health.

Also... try a ShaveIce or two in your base and you won't see more than one turret get destroyed in a juice attack from an Assassin. Plus 1 Assault/Tank charge will knock them nicely off the arena. Doesn't matter if you're juiced when rung out.
