I've been playing Jarvan recently. I don't get a ton of kills with him, but I build him kinda tanky so it makes sense.

I played WC3 religiously as a teenager, but I never got into DotA. Played it a little, got OKAY at it.

I don't suck, im summoner level 11 or so but I'm pretty good. Wanna know how? Well its because i play fiddlesticks. TERRIFY->DRAIN. Until lvl 6, then CROW STORM->TERRIFY->DRAIN. And i win every time.

Yeah I don't play it anymore really. It kept freezing on me mid-match and since I am not a PC wiz I just stopped playing.

Try lowering your FPS. That usually works. There ought to be something in the option that is "Max FPS" or "FPS Cap", and just set that to 25 FPS. It worked for me.

why would you ever play with vsync on?

Because my computer is horrible and can barely run CS 1.6. It's a f***ing office computer made in 2005. It's like those cars that poor *** pimps drive, with all the paint rusted off and the motor breaks down about every 5 miles.
