Late game and Turtling

    I would agree to allowing the orbital radar see less. The orbital satellite, since it is able to move, could be positioned over certain areas to allow you to see what's going on. If the satellite was limited in what it could see, this would give the player more incentive to want to build several radar satellites, and then have to position them overhead like a satellite would in *ahem* real life.

    You don't have to give it Pelter and Holkin's range, but I'd say tone it down just a bit.

    I misunderstood the bomber counter. Yeah, the mobile SAMs that would normally move with a sizeable army is generally pretty weak at defending at least against T2 bombers. T2 bombers are a nightmare
