    if I had a chance to get such a commander in my armory? Id just give ya 30 as a tip :p

    And I think what rorschachphoenix meant was, that people should be able to purchase this commander, or all your commanders in the store :p

    I know you're undecided on selling or not selling it on the Uber store, but for now, this is the only commander I would actually pay for I've seen since I joined the PA community. I'd love to have this one in my collection.

    Well right now it's a bit of a waiting game, working on the UVs right now so I can do some basic color blocking to try out some color layouts so just gonna focus on that for now. Hopefully we end up with something that works out for everyone!

    Well that is the hope, still a ways to go thought.

    Hopefully I'll be able to pass along the model to Uber by Monday, I already have about 60% of the UVs worked out(Torso, Pelvis and Head) so I just have to do one leg and one arm then mirror them. After that it's some tests for color blocking and off to Uber.

    Not sure what thier work log is like but hopefully we can expect to see it sooner rather than later!

    That is the next step but Uber is going to be doing the Final Textures because they will be able to really nail teh aesthetic whereas I could only badly try to copy it.

    Seeing the whole model from all directions has really made me love it, I particularly like the embedded 'spine' and profile view of the head jutting forward.

    Very nice work, hope to see it in game before too long!

    UVmapping is tedious sir, nothing like the inventive behaviour that comes into iterating a model! You're getting there! :)

    It's kinda weird, on one hand I don't really like the raw tedium of it, but arranging things in order, lining things up feels very satisfying! xD

    In the mean time I've finished the Bulk of the UV work, not every part mapped out so SOME degree, even thought right now it's very un-optimized, so that means I can start doing some basic Color Blocking;

    So now I can easily assign large basic chunks of color very easily and swap things around, this isn't anywhere near where I want it but given that it's kinda late already I'll leave it until tomorrow, once I get the basic blocking figured out I can dive in a bit deeper and do "cut-outs" so that for example the beveled edge on the thigh might be done in a gray while the rest is the primary color or something, nothing too fancy just enough to give whatever poor soul ends up working on my Textures a bit of a helping hand.

    Also the actual colors on display here aren't accurate, I just had these left over swatches from when me and Nanolathe were messing around with Texturing the Cougar and Rapier, I'm gonna have to actually launch the game or pulling them directly from the source to see about getting some new swatches set up.

    Also my "Colour Proportions" here are waaaaaay off, looking at the existing stuff it seems Uber goes for something along the lines of;

    45% Metals/Grays
    40% Primary Color
    15% Secondary Color

    So don't read too much into it yet!

    Looks really cool, but the torso doesn't have enough primary, and has too much metallic IMO.
