This isn't a build I could entertain. I play gunner a lot and I pretty much need at least bronze to silver accuracy unless I solely want to use the mortar. If you want to build juice fast off of bots, RoF, clip, and reload are probably your best bets. That already is a strong offensive build to drop bots and turrets and maybe player kill or two.

With no speed or armor, you will probably end up juicing to save your life or travelocity across the map.
