Is using AutoIT/AutoHotKey cheating?

I prefer to sign my posts manually. It gives it a more personal touch (it would feel strange to have a signature that is just my name).

Because the developers actively check for each and every instance of what could possibly considered cheating and have the time to comment on each and every single one.

"You didn't say it was cheating to stand on THAT part of the skybox via THIS hole in the map. You only brought up the OTHER hole in the map."

"The devs haven't come out and said that using this in-game exploit to crash servers via a memory overflow error is cheating so they must think its ok!"
