I was also being serious when I said Turntables is a great support.

I know the guy isnt very well liked around here, but I've played with him many times, and I have never had a problem with him at all.

I'd like to join your team, Apathetic would probably like to as well (he told me that he'd like to play in the same team as me). If you want me to go support I don't mind (following the gunner, watch people die and jetski taunting is always fun). If I do join your team, my hours are very flexible (pretty much finished all my exams) so I don't mind playing later than usual.

I haven't been able to talk things over with my team lately because I've been so busy. What I do know is Chief wants to play gunner and although deadpool doesn't play much, he will play for scrims. I know we need a support and a sniper and thats all my micless *** has been able to find out so far. I'm trying to figure it out soon for the tournament.

worth mentioning, apathetic and wildman are now separate free agents.
in regards to turntables, in pubs yesterday he followed me around and supported my gunner almost everywhere i went. he obviously knows how to play, i think in privates he just feels he needs to do more because the gameplay is more competitive. but to be honest, following a good gunner is doing your team a great deed. if boredom becomes the issue, then competitive play just isnt for some supports, because it really is just a bitch role as well as a communicator for the rest of your team.

Wildman used to be support for Agitating's gunner, meaning he was the only thing keeping him alive (agitating's skill sure didn't). Seems like a good support.

I used to be a good sniper, not playing for a good month and a half would probably make me a bit rusty at start. I'll get my xbox back in a week or so, so I'll start practicing if this is serious.

If you're still looking for a sniper, tedforever is a sick sniper. He doesn't have a lot of competitive experience but has a lot of raw gun skill as the sniper. And if you're still searching for a beastly support, you can try AGOTS. He is probably the best support I've ever played with. I know this post probably won't be taken too seriously since I don't ever post here but that doesn't mean I'm completely ignorant about the game.

Yes they're good, but not good enough. Once you play in private matches you'll realise how they don't compare. Ted's only given me trouble when he pulled host, which probably won't happen in private matches.

You should try some GOOD support. If having a "bitch" support on your team makes you happy, so be it. Maybe if you get away from your traditional "bitch", you can find someone who does a whole lot more than help you pad tour stats.

I will lawls at the team who has a support overextend himself in any structured game. What? Our gunner doesn't have heals? Oh, he died to that other gunner. OH snap, our sniper got mowed down, and then our assault. What? I can't get out of the spawn? Oh well, at least our support got a shotgun kill in there...

Thats not really what he said, slayer support is not a good support but forcing a support to be 1 player's extra health bar isn't really a good support either.

I don't get a few things:
Are there any examples of gunners that don't need constant heals to be good?
Can't the tactic be overcome by focusing on removing the support from the gunners rectum (maybe with a sin or assault or sniper)?
Does anyone know what supports passive 3 actually does?

It's disheartening that such a powerful class is relegated to bitch roll, I don't want to believe its the only option.
