You want the puppet master server mod, or enable Uber's very own cheat mods (all of them). To do this, you will need PAMM. A handy tool to have is wondible's unit toolbox mod so you can select which units you want, instead of copying and pasting existing units. ctrl+c to copy units, ctrl+v to paste units.
