Is airstriking a spawn room "bad form"

I like headcrabbing assassins and blowing them up in their spawn room :>

Because it's an EXPLOIT and doing it to "return the favor" is moronic. You should haven't to cheat in order to soothe a "wronged" ego. You cheated against me...that's wrong!!! But I'll show you, I'll cheat in turn!!! Really not worth getting reported over something so silly.

Its nice to see my opinion supported by other respectable players. There was a double-dose of douchebaggery in that same match. Someone mentioned headcrabbing an assassin. Another high level player on the enemy team was working with an assassin on our team. He would headcrab her, she would deliver the bomb to our teammates, he would detonate it. The whole match was just screwed. Really takes the fun out of it.

Questions like this shouldn't even need to be asked. Of course its 'bad form'.

This is where I say it's great to encounter players you know while playing on a gamertag that is not yours.

My brother just got a 50 something inch so I went to play some MNC with him.

I happen to join a room with a stacked team. The whole other team had [COR] tags. I don't have enough fingers to count the amount of exploits they were pulling off.

It was in that game right there I lost all respect for COR and their members.

I can't say that i've ever actually been killed inside of my spawn room, however I would certainly say that it is bad form. It sounds like an extremely cheap way to play.

How many people have been banned for your out break of reports? None! This is a live arcade game which microsoft doesn't really monitor. If it was cod/halo/gears etc then it would be taken more seriously since that's their income and advertising.

Look at castle crashers... theres over 50,000+ 256/hacked accounts on the leaderboards. None of them are banned.. file a report on them 1000+ times and they still won't be. Reason why? It's behemoth's fault for not patching it and microsoft won't do anything about it.

There was assassin that everyone had kept an eye on for the last one.. nothing happened.

I can find more players who abuse the assassin cloak attacked bugs then anything else.
Don't see an out break of topics about that.

I could careless if "nobodies" were using exploits but members of this community and players who support the game? Yeah, not so much.

But what we are talking about has nothing to do with a cloak glitch. We're talking about something one of the competitive teams you formed is exploiting. If that's not bad enough, you actually endorse it.

No offense feedle, but I think that in itself is bad form.

I guess I'll be the odd one out on the team and think that using exploits whether in retaliation for someone else doing it or otherwise is never the right thing to do. Especially given that it was against Dead Stretch who I know our group had a fun couple of games against the other night.

Sucks that being a good guy relies on the honor system and that the relative anonymnity of the internet is all someone needs to be a jerk and unjustly pad their meaningless K/D ratio just because they can.

Its part of the game untill they fix it people will always going to us it like with any other glitch.

That's what bugged me about it. I don't concern myself with the behavior of noobs. Let em do whatever they need to so they can get their jollies. They most likely be done with mnc after a week or two, then move on. This guy is a regular in the forums. I don't remember him being a douche poster or anything, I guess just expected better from an active member of the community.

Not that big of a deal, he prolly just got carried away with the match. I had such a good seat to watch him do it. He had just killed me, so I watched him on the kill cam as he placed the airstrike, thought "no way", then died the instant I respawned. He got 3 of us with it, if you remove the a-hole portion of the play, it was a good play. Kinda comical, but a really jackass move.

I was also playing on someone else's account. Not that I'm high profile or anything, but I'm currently scrambler +80 or so. Dunno if he woulda tried it if he didn't think we were just a group of random noobs.
