Okay, so I just wiped my computer and installed all(?) the drivers I need to play PA, I downloaded the launcher installer and went to start it up. I double click the icon, it shows up in the taskbar, but there is nothing coming up on screen, interestingly it is there because if I click where the launcher would be with google chrome behind it, chrome doesn't become the active window, so what I am getting is that it does run, but it does not render anything on screen, heres my dxdiag.txt, maybe I missed something.

I seen your DxDiag, but there nothing interesting in it. Please open this directory:
    C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\UberLauncher
Upload here UberLauncherLog.txt from this directory.

As far as I understand Coherent try multiple ways to init GPU acceleration and if those failed you getting "transparent launcher".

Can you please clarify how exactly you installed graphics drivers? Was those from Nvidia website?

Also can you try to download this package:
    http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
Then run it, extract to accessible directory, open this directory, find and run "DXSETUP.exe".
After installation finished try to run launcher once again.

Same problem,I launch it,show up on the task bar but can't see it,act exactly like it was here but invisible.

Tried downloading the DX package and running it (It doesnt have to be in Uber launcher folder right?) but it didn't work.

    Any help?
Here's the same log you asked him, just in case.

Did you run DXSETUP.exe installer after you unpacked it?

Also it's does looks like your graphics drivers is outdated:
    Code:
[19:45:48.185] INFO OpenGL Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
[19:45:48.185] INFO OpenGL Renderer: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
[19:45:48.185] INFO OpenGL Version: 4.1.11251 Compatibility Profile Context
[19:45:48.185] INFO OpenGL Shader Language Version: 4.10
You should have OpenGL 4.4 with newest drivers so your likely 1-2 years old.

You need to download and install latest drivers from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64

It's would be useful if you upload your UberLauncher log.

Your AMD graphics drivers is really old:
    Code:
[13:19:55.762] INFO OpenGL Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
[13:19:55.762] INFO OpenGL Renderer: AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series
[13:19:55.762] INFO OpenGL Version: 4.1.11251 Compatibility Profile Context
[13:19:55.762] INFO OpenGL Shader Language Version: 4.10

This is what cause crash likely.

You need to download and install latest drivers from AMD website:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64
