Hey people. Just bought MNC a few hours ago, played some offline games and one online so far. Liking it so far, just going to take a while to get used to. I own the Steam version of MNC although I did play the Xbox 360 version at a friends place in the month that it came out.

The tower defense part of it is pretty good and I'm liking the DOTA style elements that are in here (there are one or two). Looking forward to trying the map editor when it gets released. I think the only disappointing thing so far is that not terribly many people own the game yet, hopefully that'll change when the game is released and it'll be easier finding games.

Liking the forums as well, had a little look through them. Seems to be a pretty strong community so far.

Oh and you may also see me on the Xbox 360 version at some point if I like this enough and randomly feel like getting it.

Welcome All!

Sup everyone. My name is Jeff. I am a Junior in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. I am studying at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. I work in IT for my University - I mostly work with IT security and AV systems and deployment.

In my free time I run servers that I build to serve other players. The servers are in two locations either in my dorm room or at my parents house in Omaha. I love to program and do lots of it - I mostly do stuff with Java but up until 2 years ago I started using Objective-C to develop iPhone applications. I am co-developer of an in house trouble ticket system at school and have developed some tools for network management and monitoring for faculty to use with their iphones and android phones. (Like seeing who has posted assignments, email, questions, etc...) all are sent to the instructor.

I love LAN Parties - we have had a few at school - our largest is an 83 computer lan. I have a few friends who run the front end of the lan like prizes, sign-up, admissions, ban requests, tournaments, etc. I run the backend like network setup, table placement, building network cable, etc.

All in all, I really enjoy computers and love working with them. Thanks.

I'm known as a geek, and my interests revolve mainly around computers (gaming, tech, programming, etc.), and I, unlike my interests, am quite uninteresting.

My favorite class is the assassin, and I don't mind the new hat for her, if you hadn't guessed it already.
This is because of the same reason I play Spy in TF2, I love ganking unsuspecting players and the fact that the Assassin is the closest thing to a ninja I've ever played, and for the fact that chopping up entire hordes of robots is, above all FUN!

Apart from that, I play on the PC, have a crappy blown-out card which dies on me if I try to play for longer than 5 minutes (scheduled for replacement, though), in the meantime my PS3 will keep me company.

Alright - I guess I've been posting for a while now, but better late than never!

I'm azure (same name on Steam, look for the big "a" if you want to play a match!). I bought MNC for myself and two of my friends for Christmas, and have been loving it since Beta!

I play Assault 90% of the time, and I'd consider myself to be one of the best pub Assaults at the moment.

As for the forums, I'm really interested in becoming a part of the community and eventually competitive scene. I'm always looking to provide help to players and contribute or critique new ideas.

I don't have to. Anyone who claims they are the best at something never are. Except for MAYBE Deadeye. And I put extra emphasis on the MAYBE. No one is ever the best at everything. Ever. And besides, everyone knows that PeachyPony is the best all around player, and the best taunter. So yah.
