Not sure if I played against any of ya but I think I am a decent sniper.

Anywho what I run for perks:
    Armor3
    Skill Recovery2
    Speed1

    Or

    Armor 3
    Rate of Fire2
    Speed 1

There are places on most mapes you can use the outer edges and shields to see Alot of the field. Also Sniper grapple is useless until upgraded at least one.

If someone is hopping around or moving alost try to anticipate and let them jump into the crosshairs...

Also once you hit level 3 sniper dont forget to use whatever ya can to make your bots explode. Killing people off your own bot around the corner is amazing.

I basically never no scope, but from the few times that I have it seems to do MUCH less damage than a scoped in shot. Besides, if you can no scope you should be able to quick scope.

In my signature is my sniper guide.
    Hope it may help.

I might be able to convince you that Gold Armor is much more important than Gold Rate of Fire :ugeek:

Gold Armor: Gold armor is very important because you can survive most brutal attacking's towards you. For example a assault level 3 charge will not kill you unless you are damaged before, or you are rung out. And an assassin can front grappel you with a sword and you will surely have enough health to take her down. Also with Armor 3, it takes 5 rail gun shots to kill you, instead of 4; giving you a longer amount of time to kill a tank.

Silver Rate of Fire: Silver Rate of Fire, or RoF; is very useful at gold, but the way to maximize your sniping ability is to have it at silver so you can last much longer (with Gold Armor), and you can still kill pretty fast.

    My set up would be:
    Gold: Accuracy
    Silver: Armor
    Bronze: Clip size

Accuracy: Is excellent for close range combat, The main use for this would be for the SMG, Saved my life a lot of times, and can be proven useful for whoever chooses to use Accuracy for their gold endorsement.

Armor: I did a few battles with Armor as the gold endorsement, and a few battles with Armor as the silver endorsement, Turns out, it isn't that much of a difference, just try not to get close to a Tank.

Clip Size: Great for the Sniper and SMG, and it rids you of that 'Embarrassing reload time'

Try these out for a few battles, tell me what you think.

And as for a bit of strategy, Just try not pay much attention to the Pros, go for the bots, stick in your base and keep any bots or pros out of there, set up Traps near the Turrets, if you do it correctly, your team will last till overtime, And then its up to you to either stick in your base and keep the pros out, or head towards the enemy base and create Chaos with a bit-o-juice.

And be sure you're ready to protect anything and anyone in your base at all costs.

You may get called a cheater or a camper, but you'll be the only one to know, that it was all worth it :]

Just something I would like to add on Gold vs Silver armor. You can still survive a assassin's face grapple with silver armor at full health even if the assassin has passive 3. And you will still die (i think) with gold armor from an assassin's back grapple even if their passive isn't maxed.

Also, you still survive a total of 2 non-headshot/crit sniper rounds with silver armor.

For me, gold RoF has provided more benefit than gold Armor but I like the idea of being a glass cannon and I throw traps like they are going out of style to keep most of the pain from getting close to me.

But as always, try them both and see what works best for you. Everyone plays differently and some people would like that little chunk of health more vs firing point whatever seconds faster. Both have situations where having them can mean the difference between a satisfying kill vs watching the re-spawn screen.

I tried swapping out Gold RoF for Silver, and moving Armor up into Gold. Couldn't do it. Considering how often I've been put into mortal danger and survived with Silver, I wouldn't trade my Gold RoF for the world.
