The Tau Manta is a Planteray/Space Vehicle! He can do both. Never buyed one but i got a nice little Firewarrior Team with some Cryss-Suite Support.

For 5000$ i'd probably buy a new pc to run the game properly (and then spend the rest on a custom commander).
As a unit i would probably like to have a gunship named after me, kind of like the broadsword ones in supcom. Those were just awesome. (i might also alter my name and call it "the Jew" and then send it to kill EmBox's Mecha_Hitler unit, because making fun of a historic tragedy is always good)

Ok, here is a thought. Ramcat's Ramtank, a tank that has no gun, but has a big jet and ram plate. It travels at the same speed as other tanks (stays with the group), until they enemy is close, then the jet comes on and it rams tanks flipping them over or just killing them by the damage caused. Bots fly away because they are so light weight and take damage when rammed and when they hit the ground again (if they live).
