I can't start a game. Please Help.

Ok so whenever I press launch game in the lobby the countdown gets to one and then PA freezes and after some time, crashes. When I re-launch PA and try to reconnect to a game I am greeted by a lovely view of the sun or a black screen. I have updated my driver and uninstalled and re-installed PA. I am using a Toshiba Satellite Pro and windows 7. Could someone please help me because I am desperate to play.

If it is a laptop you may not be getting very up to date drivers (it certainly sounds like that's the problems). There may well be a work around however I'd need to know some details to help further.

If possible can you post the results from DXDIAG (on windows bring up the search menu and type in DXDIAG and press enter).
