    I can see why you might think that RoF is less important if you are going to focus on killing pros as an assassin. However, when looking over my stats and thinking about my play experience the vast majority of my kills are due to slashing not assassination. Not to mention the nice little boost for shurikins as well. This leads me to believe that RoF is actually quite important against pros.

    I wouldn't really advocate focusing on slaying as a sin anyway, but that's my two cents on it.

    +What everyone else said as far as corrections to your guide.
