How's Naval Balance Coming?

I always liked that system, made water maps so easy and micro-free.

Double or even triple health for navy - maybe less for T2 - would be an outstanding first step. I've heard some people propose a "slow acceleration, fast top speed" model of movement which would make long travel on big ocean maps less painful to deal with.

I too like that option. So much in fact that I, and others, suggested it over two years ago...
