I'm sure the team is already conscious of this, but Galactic War needs to be more engaging than a simple map where you click the next system to be randomly generated.

Taking a page from the Firaxis school of thought, due to the nature of the turn-based system used in Galactic War, we should be forced to make really weighty and possibly emotional decisions during our time on that map. It shouldn't be a focus of the game, but it should make us think long and hard before making the plunge or interacting with high-level systems in the Galactic War map that might effect the battles over systems.

It just can't be an afterthought. If all we DO end up doing is choosing the next system to invade, it basically becomes a glorified Skirmish lobby with some random numbers thrown in.

 So you could bring a couple units with you from game 1 to game 2!

All I want is to play with 3 more people against 4 other people and we all build one base and have joined economy and everything, that stuff would be epic.

What later happens with jump-ins and jump-outs is just more epic so it should be epic from all sides

I've thought similar things to this too.

However, I have a completely different solution to it.
