How often can you Juice?

    it was nerfed, from an already doubled rate man..

    they still gain faster than any other pro.. them and snipers gain juice rediculously fast.. even with the NERF

    but yeah lets not have the assassins are OP debate again lol.. but the juice thing is relevant.
