How did Uber decide to make MNC for the X-Box 360?

here is CoD on the wii, in a nutshell...

controls arent allowed to flow, many things you do arent allowed to be done with other things, like move and pick up button, among other things.

That's not true about CoD on the Wii. It was essentially the same as the xbox version with worse graphics and a little clunkier controls. I played the shiz out of CoD 4 on the Wii, it was my first online shooter. I think I prestiged 7 times.
