    did do an update and reboot, let me see if i can have a look and let you know how i get on, must be something with the driver i reckon

    Yes, you need to install 64-bit version of Windows 7. With 32-bit version game only might use 2GB RAM.

    But your current problem is outdated drivers:

    Download and install "Latest Beta Driver" from here:
    http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/legacy/Pages/legacy-radeonaiw-vista32.aspx
    It's should fix most of crashes which are not reload to out of memory.

    But yeah you'll get much better performance with 64-bit OS.

    Well, I've never had problems with my old drivers but I'll try as soon as possible ^^
