It wouldn't even matter @KillerKiwiJuice both the Xbox one and PS4 are essentially mid range PC's without a complicated OS. (Which means they can run more with less)

I wouldn't be surprised if what you're seeing now is what you'd see on the PC version. Consoles have caught up with PC, for the moment anyway. Don't worry, they'll be pretty out of date in a couple years. ;)

I highly doubt this game will be released without better AA or higher res textures at the least, because consoles do not even have as much power as a mid-end PC.

Although I would honestly be content with it looking like the PS4/Xbone version anyway.

To me it just looks like you're just jumping on the bandwagon of console hate.

It has an octo-core processor IIRC, 8 gigs of RAM, AMD Radeon GPU, and I'm not sure of the rest.

If that's not a mid range PC then I don't know what is. :S

256gb RAM, 320 cores at 160Ghz, 12-way SLI Nvidia Titan Zs. Obviously.

No. You see how developers are struggling to meet the "next gen" standards and when they can't they'll just call it filmic.
