Good small HD gaming TVs/monitors? (no input lag)

Those times are pretty bad. As a IIDX player, I can't abide by anything higher than 12 ms input lag, and if a TV has any noticeable audio lag, I won't even plug into it. We're six years or so into HDTV tech and still haven't fixed this? wut
